Rear licence plate holder

Guys I am after a rear number plate holder for a 1969 Camaro. Not sure of the correct name for the part, but it is the spring loaded item.

I looked on ebay in US and nothing.

also, where can i get some front discs at a reasonable price? i am in Melb
