Went early afternoon, just a little bit too late, as a 2 Buicks were heading out the drive as we were parking our car :(

Nice display of cars, (the blown cobra would be a fun ride) but the location leaves a lot to be desired.

The state of the carpark has been an issue for some time now. It is basically an abandoned area that the pub doesn't use anymore, therefore doesn't maintain. Our club, the 60SAMCC, gets to use the venue for free. However, several of us members still had to go there the day before and clean up a lot of the mess, weeds and broken glass.

This year, they had about a hundred truckloads of dirt dumped in the back corner, which was only removed days before the event. They then sent in a sweeper to try to clean the asphalt where the dirt was. This left a fine layer of dust over the area, and when it rained Sunday morning, turned it into a fine layer of mud which just peeled up and stuck to a lot of tyres.
