Back drums ona BB ?

Guys
What are your thoughts on retaining back drums on a 69 Camaro with a Big block. :confused:
I am changing the front drums with a Disc kit from Hoppers Stoppers and am thinking of just retaining the back drums.
I will be changing to a 9inch diff with my old brackets from the 10 bolt chev rearend and it would be a easy fix (and cheap) to transfer the current drums as well
I have heard front discs do 70% of the braking anyway :)

What do you reckon are back discs manditory for Rat ????

I contemplated the same thing, leaving the drums that is, and will probably have to leave them untill I can get a diff organised...

But from what i've been told, although it won't matter too much it's not something that should be over-looked... Easy enough to get a 9" disc conversion or even the disc ends complete...

Registration/engineering wise, i don't think it would matter too much, but best check it out with whoever is writting up your RWC...
